They were as close to me as the ditch is to the road, all the while I was wondering what it would look like if one of the two moose decided to charge my car.
One stood in the road for a bit. Looked at me for another bit. Then sauntered to the other side of the road. I'm sure there's a joke in there somewhere about why the moose crossed the road but it didn't look like this one had much of a plan.
Finally, as I inched along, one moose on either side of me, I tried desperately to document the moment. However, of course, my six year old, one-foot-in-the-grave camera decided to be a diva and refused to work in the low lit conditions.
And so here we are. Reminiscent of pictures of big foot in the Berkshires here is the unarguable proof that I actually saw a moose.
