Frosting covers a mulitude of sins

I made a cake for Jennie's birthday yesterday. Traci was impressed just with the ingredients.

It was supposed to be Sarah's Yule Log, nice and rolled with the frosting in the middle. But mine stuck to the pan and then would not be rolled.

I manhandled it a bit and it broke even more. But then I had an idea. Cut it into strips and cover it with entirely too much frosting.

So this is what it ended up looking like.

And this is what it ended up tasting like: :0)
